HomeOps only facilitates connection and coordination.

2. No Guarantees

HomeOps does not guarantee:

• Job completion
• Contractor availability
• Quality of work
• Accuracy of quotes
• Scheduling timelines

All services are provided by independent contractors, not HomeOps.

3. Payments and Pricing

Currently:

• Contractors charge users directly
• HomeOps does not collect service payments
• Final pricing is determined by the contractor

HomeOps may introduce platform fees or payment processing in the future.

4. User Responsibilities

By using HomeOps, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Allow safe access to the service location
• Communicate directly with contractors when necessary
• Pay contractors for completed work
• Not misuse, abuse, or interfere with the platform

5. Contractor Relationship

Contractors are independent third parties, not employees, partners, or agents of HomeOps. HomeOps is not responsible for:

• Contractor actions or omissions
• Property damage
• Service disputes
• Injuries or losses

Users must resolve service-related disputes directly with the contractor.

HomeOps may assist in communication but is not liable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeOps is not liable for:

• Contractor performance or conduct
• Service outcomes
• Property damage or losses
• Indirect or incidental damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from use of HomeOps shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation, except where prohibited by law.

By using this platform, you agree to:

• Waive the right to a jury trial
• Resolve disputes individually (no class actions)

This clause helps reduce legal costs and provides faster resolution.
